One on One With Coach Blu: Episode 8

This weeks episode of one on one with Coach Blu features athletic director Marissa and Coach Blu discussing situational issues that sometimes are overlooked while in early recovery. They discuss historic recall when Coach Blu describes a situation he had picked up a couch in an old apartment complex, he lived in as a child, and the triggering memories it brought up. We also hear from athlete Armitage and athlete Ward as they both describe recovery, overcoming adversity, and humbly climbing those mountains to find sobriety.
