Endurance Challenge
The Endurance Challenge is a way to keep you moving outside of your comfort zone. To motivate you to push yourself in a productive way. And to do so with other teammates from all over the globe. The Endurance Challenge is a fundraiser for Addict II Athlete. One thing it will help with is Memory Lane, a section of the Annual Proxy Run. This section of the 5k is a quiet place to remember, reflect on, and honor those that we wear the black wristbands for. Those that have taken a knee and lost their personal battle with addiction or mental health issues. If you would like to add someone to Memory Lane, email a name, birth and death dates, and a photo to Coach Lizz (lizz@addicttoathlete.org).
FAQ:
What if I am not capable of completing one of the challenges?
The challenges are not set in stone, if you would like to push yourself and are not capable of achieving the challenges as they are, write your own Endurance Challenge, then email Coach Lizz (lizz@addicttoathlete.org).
What if I have an injury and I am unable to complete the challenge?
If an injury prevents you from completing the challenges, come up with a different way to challenge yourself, then email Coach Lizz (lizz@addicttoathlete.org).
