Never Too Late

Today's Podcast features Endurance Athlete, Rob Reinhard and his amazing story as he erased addiction to drugs and food and replaced it by becoming a counselor, athlete, and coach. "When I got clean and sober in 1997, I actually lost some weight, only to regain it until I topped out a 296. Poor diet, tons of sugars and processed foods, zero exercise, and poor health choices got me to where I would be out of breath just trying tying my shoes." It's a powerful reminder that it's never too late to make a change.
